For Northern California Families

The TAG Foundation's Financial Assistance with Final Arrangements Program offers direct payment or reimbursement for end-of-life costs within one year of baby's passing and is currently open to residents of the following Northern California counties: Butte, Colusa, Del Norte, Glenn, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Nevada, Plumas, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, and Yuba.

This program is intended to assist with costs associated with final arrangements including but not limited to: cremation, casket, burial plot, funeral home fees, etc.
